Palm Casual Patio Furniture of Atlanta is seeking an ambitious sales professional with (a) an unrelenting, energetic, entrepreneurial spirit, (b) an unrivaled work ethic, and (c) a superb attitude to lead our Johns Creek, GA team as the location Store Manager.
The Store Manager is the driving force—the heartbeat—of the retail location he or she manages. At Palm Casual, our Store Managers are treated like partners in the business, and are expected to take extreme ownership over every aspect of their store. The Store Manager leads the charge each day on the sales floor, manages the daily operations and logistics of their store location with razor-sharp precision, ensures above-and-beyond customer satisfaction with every transaction performed, and helps build and grow their store location through deploying exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills on a daily basis. Our Store Managers are trained one-on-one directly by the Business Owner, and they share in the company’s vision “to become a household name in the state of Georgia.” No detail, project, or goal is too big (or too small!) for the Palm Casual Store Manager. The successful candidate will have the innate desire to build something great—something they’re proud of—through their own hard work, and will take ownership over their store location with an entrepreneurial, go-getter spirit.
Applicants with previous experience in retail sales, outside sales, B2C sales, B2B sales, retail management, sales consulting, or high-level customer service management will be considered first. However, unlike many management positions on the market today, previous experience in sales, management, or customer service is not required to apply. The character traits and qualities the successful candidate will possess are: (1) extremely high verbal and interpersonal communication skills; (2) extremely high personal drive and ambition; (3) an unrelenting, energetic, entrepreneurial spirit; (4) an unrivaled work ethic; and (5) a superb personal attitude. This is a full-time-plus position. The location Store Manager will work approximately 54–58 hours per week, open to close, Monday through Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Start and end times before/after open/close may vary dependent upon week-to-week management needs. Palm Casual is closed Sundays.
