We are the in-house call center for a group that includes Daso Plastic Surgery, Miami Surgical Center, and Dental Design Smile. Our team supports these clinics by managing client inquiries and coordinating consultations.
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Sales Consultant to join our growing operation in the medical aesthetics and dental surgery industry. In this role, you’ll guide clients through available procedures, build trust through personalized communication, and help them take the next step toward achieving their goals by closing qualified leads.

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients interested in cosmetic or dental surgeries.
- Build rapport, understand client needs, and recommend the best procedure options.
- Follow up with leads to close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
