We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Lead with deep LangChain expertise to join our growing AI team in Pleasanton, CA. You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of LLM-powered applications using the LangChain ecosystem.

Architect and build scalable LangChain-based applications and pipelines

Lead technical direction for LLM application development across the team

Integrate LangChain with external data sources, APIs, and vector stores

Drive prompt engineering, chain optimization, and LLM evaluation strategies

Mentor and guide junior AI engineers in best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on AI product roadmaps

10+ years of overall software/AI/ML engineering experience

3+ years of production experience with LangChain or equivalent LLM frameworks

Strong Python skills; experience with LLM APIs and embedding models

Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)

Experience with agentic patterns, tool calling, and memory management in LangChain

US Green Card or Citizenship required
