This full-time AT&T Retail Team Member opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, working with people, and building valuable sales and marketing experience.
As an AT&T Retail Team Member, you'll introduce customers to AT&T's latest wireless products and services, answer questions, and help people find technology solutions that fit the way they live and work. Every AT&T Retail Team Member helps bring the brand to life through engaging customer conversations, professional marketing efforts, and outstanding sales experiences inside the retail environment.
Core Functions of the AT&T Retail Team Member
- Welcome customers into the retail location and create a friendly, engaging first impression of the AT&T brand.
- Demonstrate wireless devices, products, services, and current offers through informative sales conversations.
- Learn about each customer's technology needs and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Support daily sales goals by creating positive customer interactions and building lasting relationships.
- Represent the AT&T brand while assisting with in-store marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities.
- Explain products, services, and marketing promotions in a way that is clear, informative, and easy to understand.
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Retail Team Members to strengthen the brand, support retail marketing efforts, and achieve team sales goals.
- Continue developing communication, customer engagement, marketing, and sales skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship as an AT&T Retail Team Member.
Preferred Skills for the AT&T Retail Team Member
- Enjoys talking with people and creating positive customer experiences.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, athletics, or campus organizations is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Interested in technology, customer engagement, marketing, or sales.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to succeed as an AT&T Retail Team Member.
