Summary: Supports daily preschool operations through administrative tasks, classroom assistance, and family communication. This role ensures a welcoming environment while upholding the school’s mission and IB framework.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage front office operations, phone/email communications, and customer service.
- Assist in processing student billing, payments, enrollment inquiries and enrollment records.
Operations & Inventory
- Manage snack and classroom supply orders, including receiving and stocking deliveries.
- Maintain organized inventory and school resource storage areas.
Classroom & Program Support
- Substitute in classrooms as needed to ensure proper student to teacher ratios.
- Reinforce IB philosophy and assist in program-wide IB implementation.
- Provide leadership support and event coordination in the Director's absence.
Team Collaboration
- Work professionally with staff and families with a solution-oriented attitude.
- Execute additional assigned duties to ensure school-wide success.
- Dependable, warm, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (required); ECE coursework (preferred).
- Experience: Previous childcare or office experience with strong multitasking skills.
- Technical: Proficient in basic computer programs; willing to learn Brightwheel/management systems.
- Physical: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
