What You'll Do

Support Human Resources with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.

Welcome new employees and help create an exceptional onboarding experience.

Coordinate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and hiring documentation.

Manage the day-to-day operations of our Texas office.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.

Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and local service providers.

Assist with fleet registration renewals and vehicle maintenance tracking.

Help track company equipment and office inventory.

Coordinate employee meetings, events, and office communications.
-
Serve as the liaison between our Texas office and our Florida headquarters.

Support leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.

Continuously look for opportunities to improve office efficiency and organization.

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in Office Management, Human Resources, or Administrative Support.

Associate's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG is preferred.
