Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized benefits advice and ongoing support.
- Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales initiatives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate health, life, property casualty, and other insurance solutions.
- Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company targets.
- Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track client interactions and proposals.
- Stay current on insurance regulations such as HIPAA compliance, insurance licensing requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote benefits programs and enhance client engagement strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and building long-term relationships based on trust.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of group employee benefits insurance products including health insurance, life insurance, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA and licensing requirements across jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately and recommend suitable solutions.
- Customer relationship building expertise combined with outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Understanding of marketing principles related to benefits programs and client outreach strategies.

Pay: $55,352.75 - $75,000.00 per year
