Hybrid Sales Account Manager (Inbound + Field Outreach)

Role Overview
This is a hybrid sales + account management role for someone who can handle inbound leads in the office and also confidently prospect door-to-door in the field. Half the week you’ll be responding to inbound calls and inquiries; the other half you’ll be visiting local businesses to generate new opportunities and close deals.
ResponsibilitiesIn-Office (Inbound Sales) — Hourly
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and inquiries from interested prospects
- Qualify leads (business type, size, needs, timeline, decision-maker)
- Schedule demos, site visits, and follow-ups
Out-of-Office (Door-to-Door Outreach) — Commission
- Visit restaurants, bars, and retail businesses to introduce OSS Data solutions
- Set appointments and generate pipeline through local outreach
- Close deals and help move prospects from interest to signed agreement
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers (in person + phone)
- Confident, professional communicator who can handle objections
- Self-motivated — you can manage your time and stay productive in the field
Nice to have (not required):
- B2B sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, or both)
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
