We're hiring an AT&T Retail Associate to represent AT&T products and services in the greater Carlsbad area. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided, making it a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to grow professionally.
Responsibilities of an AT&T Retail Associate:
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions
- Assist with new enrollments, account upgrades, and customer support
- Build positive relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information and support team initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to team goals
Qualifications We Look For in an AT&T Retail Associate:
- Strong communication and people skills

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
