Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior IT Support technician to join our technology team and support three private school campuses. In this role, you will deliver advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and maintain the integrity of our IT infrastructure across all three sites. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your problem-solving skills and customer service excellence will make a meaningful impact on students, faculty, and staff.
We pay competitively for the responsibility of this role: $60,000–$65,000, with placement based on experience and demonstrated independence across all three campuses.

- Support operating systems such as Windows (including Windows Server), macOS, and Linux by performing updates, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Assist in managing Active Directory environments by handling user accounts, permissions, GPOs (Group Policy Objects), and account security

- Manage and administer devices using JumpCloud (or similar directory/device management platforms) for identity, access, and endpoint management
- Support HIPAA technical safeguards for the campus operating a health clinic, including access controls, audit logging, encryption, and secure transmission of protected health information (PHI)
- Assist the designated HIPAA Security/Privacy Officer with technical risk assessments, access reviews, and incident/breach response procedures as needed
- Partner with school directors and HR to execute IT onboarding and offboarding procedures, including account provisioning/deprovisioning, device assignment/collection, and access revocation across all three campuses
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical information clearly and professionally to users at all levels of technical proficiency
- Provide regular onsite support across all three campuses, traveling between locations as needed
