What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with the Indiana PT Practice Act
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on measurable outcomes
- Collaborate closely with PTAs, aides, providers, and families
- Educate patients and the community on the value of physical therapy
- Participate in mentorship and staff development initiatives
- Support outreach and wellness events representing the clinic in the community
- Continue developing your clinical expertise through ongoing learning and growth
