Senior Tax Associate – CPA Firm / Fast-Track Growth Opportunity Description
Our client, a growing advisory-focused CPA firm, is looking for a Tax Associate or Senior Tax Associate to join their team. This role will focus on individual and business tax preparation, client communication, and tax planning support for entrepreneurs and business owners. Most of your work will focus on execution, including individual and business tax returns, with additional exposure to planning, M&A, QSBS, equity compensation, and cross-border tax matters. Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years of public accounting tax experience within a small to mid-sized firm environment, including individual and business returns, and an EA or active CPA track.
This is a great opportunity for someone with public accounting tax experience who is driven, seeking more client exposure, advisory growth, and advancement potential without being boxed into a rigid promotion structure or timeline. The firm offers strong runway for increased responsibility, incentive and bonus opportunities, unlimited PTO, and better work-life balance than many traditional CPA firms.
