Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes for food service.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the culinary setting.
