Construction Superintendent – Hourly Position
Pay: $32.00 + per hour, Based on Experience

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong Quality Control (QC) background to support onsite operations and ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery. This position involves coordinating with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, field personnel, and back-office support to maintain project standards from start to finish.
The role requires the ability to travel occasionally within the New York State area.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities
- Maintain project quality, schedule, safety, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors
- Support QC documentation and reporting
- Communicate progress, issues, and needs with management

Schedule
- 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, depending on project needs. Occasional schedule change and may need to work after hours or graveyard.
