What You'll Do
This is an active, field-based leadership position where you'll balance personal production with developing your team.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate appointments and close residential solar opportunities alongside your team.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales representatives using our recruiting process.
- Provide daily coaching through field training, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
- Track team results, improve consistency, and help create a positive, performance-focused culture.
Compensation and Growth
This position offers both individual earning potential and leadership incentives.
- $10,000 Signing/Launch Bonus for qualified hires. Ask about eligibility and payout details during the interview process.
- First Year Team Leaders: $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
- Experienced Leaders: $150,000 to $250,000+ annually.
- Compensation includes personal sales commissions plus performance-based overrides tied to team production.
- Career progression may include Team Lead, Director in Training, and Director opportunities.
Top performers regularly exceed these ranges based on production and leadership results.
