Location: Port Wentworth, GA
TransForce is hiring full-time local CDL A drivers in Port Wentworth, GA. This position offers $27 per hour, steady home time, and excellent benefits.
- Pay Rate: $27 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 7 AM start time (Saturday work required as needed)
- Route Type: Local home daily, with potential routes to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina
- Freight: No-touch freight
- Equipment: Manual transmission required
- Daily Hours: 8 to 10 hours a day with rotating Saturdays
- Loads: 2-3 per day
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Ensure timely delivery of freight
- Maintain accurate logs and records
- 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- CDL A license with manual transmission experience required
- Valid TWIC Card required
