What you’ll do:
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal therapy.
- Perform thorough patient assessments and screenings
- Educate patients on oral health, home care and disease prevention
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technology to support comprehensive treatment planning
- Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to deliver exceptional patient care
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Missouri (or eligibility for licensure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
