Job Overview - The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining at Cash Concept ®. Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
Job Qualifications

- Must speak English fluently and be able to write basic English
- Food Handler card / Alcohol awareness training
General Responsibilities
- Greets all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.
- Prepares the tables with full condiments, & proper roll-up depending on time of day, as well as checking cleanliness and maintenance of all chairs and tables.
- Stays updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, if the kitchen staff is running out of any items…etc.
- Handles the table bookings, direct customers to their tables, presents menus, suggests dishes & drink selections, informs customers about food preparation details, communicates specific customer needs to the cooks.
- Maintains proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
- Properly open and pour wine at the tableside.
- Presents receipts, accepts payments / returns the change.
- Performs basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Fills in for absent staff as needed & assists with special events as needed.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Understands and can communicate products and services available at the hotel.
Discretion
This position does represent the company in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes or resolving grievances. As a Cash Concept Server, you will be expected to work with guests and visitors to ensure complete satisfaction. A Cash Concept Server will have to take initiative and get creative in resolving guest challenges and involve a supervisor only when previous methods have been unsuccessful.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
