Apartment Life is looking for mission-minded couples who want to make a real impact where they live.
This is not your typical job, it’s a ministry opportunity built around relationships, hospitality, and loving your neighbors well.
As an Apartment Life Coordinator, you’ll live onsite at an apartment community and help create a thriving, connected environment through resident events, personal relationships, and acts of care. In exchange, coordinators receive a significant rent discount while serving in the role.
Please Note:
- This is NOT a traditional salaried or hourly position
- Coordinators are required to live onsite at the apartment community
- Compensation is provided through a substantial rent discount
- Hours are flexible and primarily happen during evenings and weekends
- Apartment Life is a faith-based nonprofit organization with a mission to transform lives in apartment communities by making Christ known
What You’ll Do
- Plan and host 2 resident events each month
- Build relationships with residents and community staff
- Welcome new residents and create opportunities for connection
- Offer practical care and hospitality to neighbors
- Partner with local businesses, volunteers, and vendors
- Help create social media posts, flyers, and monthly calendars
- Submit simple monthly reports and budget summaries
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
- Passionate about ministry and community
- Relational, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable meeting new people and creating welcoming environments
- Organized and able to manage events and communication well
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to live onsite at the apartment community
- Must be available for flexible evening/weekend responsibilities
Preferred Experience
- Event planning or hospitality experience
- Social media or marketing familiarity
- Ministry, volunteer, or community leadership experience

Pay: $23.77 - $28.62 per hour
