We are looking for a dependable, caring Dental Assistant who enjoys working chairside, helping procedures run smoothly, and making patients feel comfortable.
Experienced assistants and recent graduates are welcome. Recent graduates should have a strong foundation, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in building a career in dental assisting.
Compensation
Typical starting ranges:
- Recent graduates or entry-level assistants: $18.00–$20.00 /hr
- Experienced chairside assistants: $20.00–$24.00 /hr
- Advanced or lead-level assistants: $24.00–$28.00 /hr
Pay is based on demonstrated skills, certifications, experience, independence, and assigned responsibilities. The highest rate is reserved for candidates who demonstrate advanced clinical or leadership capabilities. Recent graduates may receive a performance and compensation review after approximately 90 days; increases are not automatic.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during restorative and other procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment
- Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
- Take clear, diagnostic-quality digital radiographs
- Maintain accurate clinical charting and documentation
- Help patients feel calm, informed, and cared for
- Provide post-treatment and oral-hygiene instructions
- Support room turnover, supplies, laboratory cases, and teammates

Qualifications
- Dental assisting education, training, or relevant chairside experience
- Dental radiography certification preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and common procedures
- Expanded-functions certification and dental software experience are pluses
