Duties

- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages active participation.

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Skills
- Experience working with children across early childhood age groups, including infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
- Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management tailored for young learners.
- Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in child development instruction focusing on childhood growth milestones and developmental stages.
- Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response in emergency situations.
- Familiarity with childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and early childhood education standards.
- Ability to incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education activities, and tutoring into daily lessons effectively.
