The Precast Company, a leading manufacturer of precast concrete products, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that expand our customer base, strengthen long-term relationships, and solidify our presence in the Houston market. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities for precast products in the Houston area.
- Track and manage customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Utilize sales techniques to optimize capacity and profitability.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to pricing, forecasting, and financial processes to maximize profitability
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of precast sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction industries; knowledge of the Houston precast market preferred.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new product and market opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience a plus.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule with willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
