What You’ll Do
- Assist with day-to-day cheese production and related tasks
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by properly cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- Follow established processes to ensure product quality and consistency
- Work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
- Contribute to a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous learning
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who can stay motivated and productive with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn—no prior cheese-making experience required (we will train the right person!)
- Positive attitude and pride in doing quality work
