Metro Children's Services is looking for a confident, outgoing Healthcare Outreach Specialist to grow our referral network across New York.
This isn't a desk job. You'll spend your days visiting pediatricians, medical practices, hospitals, schools, and community organizations, introducing Metro Children's Services and building lasting professional relationships that generate referrals.
What You'll Do
- Visit physician offices and healthcare facilities throughout your territory
- Introduce Metro Children's Services to doctors, office managers, referral coordinators, and community partners
- Build genuine relationships that lead to long-term referrals
- Attend networking events and community functions
- Represent Metro Children's Services with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Naturally outgoing and personable
- Confident starting conversations with anyone
- Charismatic and persuasive
- Comfortable spending most of the day in the field
Sales, physician liaison, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, recruiting, hospitality, luxury retail, or business development experience is a plus, but personality matters more than experience.

Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 to $60,000 salary
