· Our Collections / Customer Service Reps have direct customer contact by telephone within a call center environment to help establish resolution of unpaid assets or other customer issues of a financed vehicle under all conditions of the purchase and use of the vehicle by the customer
· This position would require 2+ years of experience involving skills in Collections by taking inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and collecting on delinquent accounts all while providing clear and succinct guidance in a professional and tactful manner, providing an effective and pleasant experience for the customer as well as optimizing the company's financial interest.
Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri, rotating Sat 9am-1pm
