Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during busy periods.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide support in catering events as required, ensuring quality presentation and service.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar food service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods (grilling, frying, sautéing).
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- A passion for cooking and creativity in menu planning is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
