Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will either have a background in early childhood education or be willing to learn and grow in this field. Our teachers must be committed to providing a safe environment and a quality learning atmosphere.
Duties
- Implement our state approved curriculum tailored to the specific needs of Infants, Toddlers and Pre-k children, focusing on the 5 developmental areas of learning.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and development.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
Experience
- Previous experience in child care is helpful, however if you are willing to learn, we have a wonderful training program.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
