A National Sales Manager is required for a rapidly growing manufacturer of highly engineered severe-service valve solutions in Houston, serving customers across the power, refining, petrochemical, industrial and process industries.

Key Responsibilities - National Sales Manager
- Develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and key accounts
- Sell highly engineered valve solutions directly to end users, EPCs and distribution partners
- Identify and develop relationships with maintenance, reliability, engineering and operations stakeholders
- Generate specifications and secure inclusion on major capital projects
- Provide technical consultation and application support throughout the sales cycle
- Develop account strategies and territory growth plans
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and deliver sustainable revenue growth
- Represent the company at customer sites, industry events and trade shows
Ideal Profile - National Sales Manager
- Proven experience selling engineered flow-control products or severe-service valves
- Ideally worked in a National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Engineer, Sales Manager or Technical Outside Sales position
- Experience selling directly into end users, EPCs and distribution
- Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss application challenges with customers
- Ideally based in Houston, TX.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
