This position involves input of data for new Property Record Cards and maintaining/updating existing Property Record Cards, researching/updating current year tax records, data entry, collecting mapping fees/balancing map money, and filing. Locating property on maps, assisting the public by phone/email and in the office.
Basic knowledge of routine mapping, ability to use office equipment (i.e., computer, calculator, copier, fax machine). Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette to assist the public. General office skills (i.e., filing, typing) and computer skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets. Knowledge of Microsoft software. High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience.
Pay Range: $14.16 - $19.88 /hour
