Everhome is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in the Grosse Pointe area on a PRN basis.

- Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Completing admissions, routine visits, and recertifications
- Educating patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence
- Building meaningful patient relationships through personalized care
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
- Active Michigan RN license
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
