Behavior Technician – Part-Time Opportunity (Alexandria, VA)

- If you are planning on getting a BCBA license, we offer supervised training hours also called fieldwork hours.
What We’re Looking For
- A sincere interest in supporting children with autism and their families
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Already working as a BT or RBT
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children
- Ability to travel to home-based therapy sessions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Energetic and enthusiastic about working with children on the autism spectrum
- Must be a BT or RBT with Spanish Speaking
- Motivated to learn and grow in the ABA field
- May have previous childcare experience or seeking an entry-level opportunity
- Available for evening shifts and open to increasing hours over time
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision
- Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions
- The position could be in a School Setting or a Home Setting.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and document behavioral data accurately
