Sales & Finance Specialist
Compensation: Uncapped Commission (Vehicle Sales + F&I + Add-ons)
About the Role:
This is a high-pressure, high-reward role for someone ready to train under top closers and grow into a six-figure specialist. No salary. No hourly. No backup plan. Just raw commission — front-end gross, finance reserve, and backend profit from warranties, GAP, and service products. We're offering Full-Time only. It’s not a job — it’s an invitation to level up for a Disciplined Closer who can lead from the front, keep the paperwork tight, and drive revenue while managing customer experience with excellence.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee and close sales of high-margin used vehicles
- Manage the full customer process: inquiry, negotiation, paperwork, follow-up
- Sell and profit from backend products (warranty, GAP, VSCs, etc.)
- Ensure every deal is clean, legal, and documented properly
- Drive team performance if/when junior reps are added under you
- Maintain a high-performance culture focused on speed, integrity, and margin
Compensation Package:
- Percentage of ALL Front-End Vehicle Gross
- Percentage of F&I profit (warranty, GAP, service contracts, etc.)
- Performance bonuses based on volume, paperwork cleanliness, and deal efficiency
- No cap. No salary. Just real, Performance-Earned Income
Requirements:
- Must live within 50 miles of Springfield, MO
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 2 year of automotive or high-ticket sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals or managing sales processes
- Strong grasp of automotive finance, deal structure, and regulatory compliance
