A Steady Hand is looking to hire an outgoing DSP to fulfill a Home Manager position at a site in the Worthington OH. The individual is a 53 year old female. She is easy going and fun to work with. No behavior plan. The duties include: cleaning, hygiene assistance, meal prep, community outings, completion of daily documentation, and following the outlined ISP. There are some weekly activities planned so getting out in the community is key!
The hours of this position is as follows:
- Tuesday 8a-4p (8 hour shift)
- Thursday 8a-12a (16 hour shift)
- Saturday 4p-12a (8 hour shift)
- Sunday 4p-12a (8 hour shift)
- Finding coverage or covering for any calls offs. Potential for more hours.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving and patient care
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Experience in home and community care settings
- Skills in cooking and maintaining a clean environment
- Willingness to perform all assigned duties in a timely manner
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
