Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions.
- Assist with loading and unloading guest luggage, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bell desk area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with hotel management to ensure guest needs are met quickly and professionally.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Knowledge of front desk operations, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Familiarity with hotel environments
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong desire to make a positive impact on others
- Must be able to stand and move between the valet lot and various areas of the hotel for the duration of the shift
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
