At Many Realms, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of our store—helping customers find games they’ll love, supporting fun and inclusive events, and keeping our shop running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers and make them feel at home.
- Ask great questions to understand their interests and recommend the perfect products
- Help with purchases, preorders, and returns.
Event Support
- Bring energy and excitement to events.
- Assist with setup, teardown, and making sure things run smoothly.
- Stay on top of customer needs and support the entire event—not just one game at a time.
Customer Service
- Resolve minor issues independently (up to $10 value) and professionally.
- Deliver excellent service and keep people coming back.
Store Operations
- Restock shelves, tidy displays, and help receive merchandise.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and basic register skills.
- Excitement to learn about games and share that knowledge with customers.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail, events, or customer service.
- A passion for tabletop games, trading card games, or RPGs.
