Aerospace Inside Sales Manager
Location: La Mirada, CA
Salary: $105K - $135K + 10-15% quarterly bonus
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with aerospace customers, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.

Manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, negotiations, order management, and post-sale customer support.

Lead, mentor, and support the inside sales team while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and production teams to ensure accurate pricing, inventory availability, and on-time delivery.

Monitor market trends, customer demand, and sales metrics to develop strategies that increase revenue and strengthen customer partnerships.
Requirements:

5+ years of inside sales experience within the aerospace and/or industrial metals industry.

Previous leadership or Sales Manager experience with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, industrial metals, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.

Experience with CRM systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
