Overview
Join our team as a kick butt Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will shine! In this role, you will craft memorable experiences by mixing creative cocktails, serving delicious food, selling pull-tabs, and providing outstanding customer service in a lively and fun environment. Whether you’re engaging with guests at the bar or attending to table needs, your enthusiasm will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. This position has a pretty set schedule but can be somewhat flexible (add Tuesday close). Thursday/Friday open, Saturday close, Sunday open.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Take food and drink orders and sell pull-tabs accurately using our POS system, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and managing waste responsibly
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in pull-tab sales and upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue opportunities
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations during peak hours effectively
- Familiarity with food industry standards including food handling, basic math for cash handling, pull-tabs, and hospitality best practices
Pay: $17.25 - $18.00 per hour
