Vaden Automotive Mobile Service – Pooler, GA
Vaden Automotive is looking for a Mobile Service Associate to join our growing Mobile Service team. This role is ideal for someone with automotive experience who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and delivering a great customer experience.
As a Mobile Service Associate, you will travel locally in a company-provided mobile service vehicle to perform routine maintenance, recalls, and light repairs at customer homes, workplaces, and other approved locations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their automotive career while working in a unique, customer-focused role.
What You’ll Do
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repair services, including recalls
- Travel to designated customer locations in a safe and efficient manner
- Keep the mobile service unit clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions they may have
- Accurately document work performed and inspections completed
- Work closely with service advisors and management regarding appointments and recommendations
- Participate in manufacturer training and dealership development programs
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Computer and technology knowledge, including use of laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Personal tools preferred, but not required
