We are looking to welcome professional, experenced, detail-oriented customer service representatives to our hospital. We are conveniently located in West Roseville near Kitchen 747!
We are currently offering a 4/10 work schedule:
We are open Monday-Friday: 8am-7pm
Saturdays: 9am-6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments and communicate with clients and team members effectively.
- Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
- Have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Have general knowledge of veterinary products (preventatives, medications, veterinary diets, etc.)
- Handling invoices, collecting payments and processing end of day reports.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and client communications.
- Maintaning cleanliness of all client-facing areas.
- Providing exemplary, compassionate customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
