Responsibilities
- Clear and bus tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area, ensuring guests have a comfortable experience.
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently using proper food handling procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff by organizing and storing clean items safely and efficiently.
- Support food service staff by refilling supplies and ensuring all serving stations are stocked and tidy.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a positive atmosphere for guests.
- Follow all sanitation guidelines and safety protocols diligently to promote a hygienic environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and kitchen safety standards is advantageous.
- Experience in catering or hotel settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory—training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively with team members and supporting guest needs.
