Job Responsibilities:
- Change, balance, rotate, and repair LT and passenger tires.
- Work on a wide variety of tires including:
- Semi truck tires
- Light truck (LT) tires
- Passenger tires
- Implement and agricultural tires
- Industrial tires
- Small mining tires
- Safely and efficiently operate a service truck.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers through excellent service and communication.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional standards at all times.
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay based on experience, skill level, and ability.
- Seasonal premium pay structure:
- January–April: Base pay
- May–December: Additional $3.00/hour premium during busy season
- Overtime opportunities available.
