Storm Force is seeking an Experienced Regional Sales Manager (Roofing) to oversee our sales team in Abilene, TX!

Road to Success: What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Deliver Elite Customer Service
- Drive revenue to achieve regional financial goals through:
◦ Personal sales production
◦ Team sales performance
◦ Treat our customers like family
Team Building & Recruiting
- Recruit, hire, and develop Sales Representatives and Project Managers
- Conduct a minimum of 2 face-to-face interviews weekly
- Net add 2 sales reps per month, with a goal of 10 active team members
Performance & Activity Standards
- Lead by example: “Speed of the Leader, Speed of the Crew!”
- RSM is expected to knock 1,000 doors per month personally
- RSM is expected to avg. 3 signed contracts a month personally
- RSM is expected to achieve staffing targets & schedule/attend team door-knocking events 5 days a week.
What We’re Looking For
- (Proven) success in sales and/or sales management in roofing or other D2D businesses.
- Track record of proven (personal) sales results. Experience in hiring, training & developing a strong culture is a definite +.
- Strong recruiting, training, and accountability skills
- Self-disciplined leader who operates with integrity and can create a fun & exciting, performance-driven culture
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
