Job Title: Sewing / Warehouse Associate
We are a small towing and trucking supply store looking for a dependable Sewing / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is hands-on and will mainly involve reviewing incoming orders and sewing the products needed, including straps, bridles, and other towing and trucking supply items.
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience, work ethic, willingness to travel to conventions, ability to assist in the warehouse, and bilingual skills such as speaking Spanish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review incoming customer orders and determine what needs to be sewn or prepared
- Sew straps, bridles, and other towing/trucking supply products
- Help make sure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Assist in the warehouse when needed, including pulling products, packing orders, and helping get shipments out
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions and quality standards for custom and standard products
- Help with conventions or events when needed, if willing and available
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sewing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Experience with straps, webbing, towing supplies, trucking supplies, or warehouse work is a plus
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Ability to work with your hands and stay focused on production
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Willingness to travel to conventions is a plus
Pay:
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Pay may increase depending on experience, productivity, willingness to travel, warehouse assistance, bilingual ability, and overall value brought to the company.
