Topnotch Home Health LLC is a growing non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes through compassionate, high-quality personal care services.
We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and outgoing Home Health Aide (HHA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team in a unique part-time position that combines community outreach and caregiving.

Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining community outreach and non-medical caregiving.
Initially, the primary focus of this position will be Community Outreach & Marketing, helping increase awareness of Topnotch Home Health LLC and building positive relationships within the community. As clients begin receiving services from our agency, the successful candidate will also provide compassionate non-medical caregiving to assigned clients.
As the agency continues to grow, the role is expected to transition primarily into Community Outreach & Marketing, with caregiving responsibilities adjusted based on operational needs.
Community Outreach & Administrative Support Responsibilities
- Represent Topnotch Home Health LLC professionally within the community.
- Visit senior apartment communities, churches, community organizations, health fairs, and other approved outreach locations.
- Introduce our non-medical home care services to seniors, families, and community members.
- Build positive relationships with community organizations and local partners.
- Distribute agency brochures and educational materials.
- Increase community awareness of available non-medical home care services.
- Share information about our services with individuals, families, and community members who are interested in learning more about home care options.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and community visits.
- Participate in approved community events and outreach initiatives.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to approved business contacts, community organizations, and individuals seeking information about our services.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Conduct all outreach activities in accordance with company policies and applicable federal and state laws.
- Outreach activities are intended to provide education about available services and build community awareness.
Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care, including:
- Personal care assistance.
- Bathing.
- Grooming.
- Dressing and undressing.
- Toileting assistance.
- Mobility assistance.
- Positioning and repositioning for comfort and safety.
- Meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping.
- Medication reminders (no medication administration).
- Companionship.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
- Follow each client's care plan and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Current HHA certificate or Ohio STNA certification preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must have reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle for community outreach and client-related travel.
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Cleveland area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Dependable and committed to providing exceptional service.

Transportation & Mileage
- A personal vehicle is required for this position.
- Approved business-related mileage is eligible for reimbursement in accordance with company policy.
- Mileage reimbursement applies only to authorized work-related travel.
