What You'll Do as a Business Relations Associate
- Meet directly with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce AT&T Business wireless products and services.
- Learn about each company's operational goals and recommend communication solutions that support their business needs.
- Build lasting business relationships through professional communications, thoughtful follow-up, and exceptional service.
- Present wireless products and business solutions that help improve productivity and connectivity.
- Support daily sales objectives by identifying opportunities to help businesses enhance their communication systems.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and ongoing sales activity.
- Continue developing leadership, consultative sales, product knowledge, and communications skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship as a Business Relations Associate.
- Collaborate with fellow Business Relations Associates to strengthen client partnerships and achieve team sales goals.
