The Opportunity
We are hiring three (1) Commercial/Industrial PM/estimator to be an addition to our motivated team to serve job sites across central Indiana. You will run your own team, manage job execution, cost control, coordinate with field leads, and have accountability for quality, safety, and schedule. This is a critical leadership role for someone who is ready to stop being managed and start doing the managing.
What You Will Do
- Lead a team on industrial, commercial projects
- Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Plan tool, material and manpower requirements for each phase of work
- Ensure all work is completed to code, on schedule, and within budget
- Conduct daily team coordination and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate with your team, GCs, project managers, and inspectors
- Ensure complete daily logs, timesheets, and field documentation are submitted daily and accurately
- Maintain and protect all tools and company equipment on site
What We Are Looking For
- Master license a strong plus
- Experience in Electrical Construction Project management
- Ability to read and mark up drawings and interpret NEC code requirements
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites within 60 miles of Indianapolis
- Accubid Software knowledge (specifically Anywhere)
- Strong communication and accountability mindset, you hold your team to the same standard you hold yourself
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $80k–$130k year salary depending on experience and licensure
