B2B Industrial Packaging is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-orientated Sales Support Representative who is self-directed and organized to support our Sales Team and clients with product and service questions, billing, purchasing, and pricing.
You’ll interact with clients to provide exceptional customer service, collect and process orders, follow through on requests, maintain client accounts, and actively manage your client’s accounts receivable activity. You may also handle invoicing and reporting duties.
Qualifications
· One to two years of customer service experience required
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, One Note, Adobe, and general technology troubleshooting capabilities; general knowledge of ERP system Sage 100 or another branch system
· High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
· Previous experience in packaging industry preferred
