Note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited, working at ExxonMobil facilities with both ExxonMobil employees and other contractors.
Responsibilities :
- Support Portfolio along with wells and flowlines – 37% Greenfield / 63% Brownfield
- Installation and integration of modules once mobilized to Wyoming
- Installation of balance of plant once mobilized
- Drive the contractor in Mechanical, Civil and Structural activities
- Brown Field Verification of Mechanical, Civil and Structural Scopes
- Review Mechanical, Civil and Structural drawings
- "Champion" of safety performance through active management with the Human Performance safety program and the craft for work performed in both the Brownfield & Greenfield at the SCGP
- Oversee the construction and mechanical completion of the Portfolio projects; Including readiness to receive modules (With any carry-over), vendors skids, vessels to support the path of construction. Once mobilized to Wyoming.
- Act as a liaison between the fabrication yard and TEN, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Support/drive field readiness to execute / complete work aligned with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles, leveraging Installation Work Packs (IWPs); right place, right time with all the material to complete, leveraging the Construction Site Manager as needed
- Interface with the Commissioning / Start-Up Team (i.e. Triparty walks)
- Address Construction & Quality Issues, leveraging the Construction Site Manager as needed
- Monitor / report on material issues to support upcoming fabrication / execution / construction
- Ensures coordination with Fabrication Yard is taking place to support upcoming module deliveries.
- Monitors preservation efforts and addresses any issues / concerns
- Monitor and Advise Permit to Work Processes are in compliance and being implemented
- Monitor workforce productivities/progress relative to schedule
- Assist with 3rd party inspections as required, Drive Main Contractor.
- Work with the contractors to minimize changes
- Evaluate Contactor's construction organization, suggesting corrections where deficiencies are noted.
- Coordinate, monitor and appraise Contractor's planning, execution, and controls, and assist in removing constraints that would hinder Contractor's performance.
- Support interfaces (engineering, other construction / fabrication sites, commissioning / third parties, vendor reps etc.).
Qualifications :
- Experience in-field Construction planning, execution, and completions
- Willing to travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites
- Past Construction Superintendent experience on major capital project
- Familiar with Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with desire to provide excellent service to clients
