No prior experience is required. We provide structured, on-the-job trainingto develop you into a sales Rep specializing in Storm Damage Specialist.
This is a consultative role, not high-pressure sales. Success comes from strong customer service, consistency, and the ability to build trust with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct storm damage property assessments
- Educate homeowners on restoration and insurance processes
- Build long-term, trust-based homeowner relationships
- Manage follow-ups and see projects through completion
- Represent the company with professionalism and accountability

- Sales or field experience is a plus, but not required
