Performs enrollment, premium billing, and accounts receivable activities for Medicare Advantage and/or Part D members, handling both routine and moderately complex transactions with a high degree of accuracy

Applies working knowledge of CMS enrollment regulations, eligibility rules, and premium billing requirements to ensure compliant administration of health plan products

Investigates and resolves enrollment and billing issues of moderate complexity, such as payment discrepancies, retroactive adjustments, and enrollment errors, escalating highly complex issues as needed

Provide responsive and professional services and support to accounts and business partners.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
